Shocked grandmother's recipe
It's the first time I've been shocked without yeast. We always prepare it only with yeast and that's the only way I knew how to do it. But since for some time I don't drink sour at all, no juices from the trade and as I had a craving for shock I chose to make the version without yeast. I honestly didn't expect it to come out so good. The recipe is worth a try if you like it very much and you don't want it to have acid!

We put the shock flowers in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes so that the dirt and gas can come out.

In a 6 liter glass jar put water with sugar and mix until the latter dissolves completely. Squeeze the juice from a lemon and a half and put it over the syrup above. We cut the rest of the lemon into slices, put it in the jar, release the shock flowers. Mix well with a wooden spoon, cover the jar with cling film and let it sit in a bright and sunny place if possible, about 3 days. During this time we spin it 2-3 times a day.

After it is done, we strain it, put it in bottles and let it cool.

A refreshing delight!
