Salmon is not on my favorite fish list, but I said try .... I'm not sorry! It is a very good and very healthy fish! An easy and tasty recipe I will present below!
- 4 slices of salmon (about 300 gr each)
- a little olive oil for lubrication
- For sauce:
- 2 tablespoons hot mustard
- 2 tablespoons juice from a squeezed orange
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon crushed green peppercorns
- salt and pepper
- fresh thyme
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Grilled salmon with mustard sauce:
Prepare the sauce first by mixing the ingredients and set aside in the refrigerator. Grease the salmon slices with oil and put them on the hot grill but be careful, then the grill is recommended not to be at maximum, it is better to leave a low heat to penetrate well inside.
Only return it to the moment you see that it is already half cooked and then return. The fish returns only once! I left it on low heat for about 15 minutes on one side, then on the other for about 10 minutes. Serve with grilled or steamed vegetables, and the sauce is put when the fish is on the plate and sprinkle thyme on top.
Instead of slices of salmon, which look like a bone chop, you can buy a larger piece and cut it into pieces.
