Method of preparation

Take a chicken, wash it well and leave it on a paper towel to dry.

Method of preparation

1. Wash the chicken and cut it arbitrarily into medium-sized pieces. Put the meat in a pan with thick walls.

2. Caution: No need to grease the pan - no water, soup, oil or any kind of fat.

3. Cover the pan with a lid and put it on a medium heat. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Cook the chicken for 40 minutes, until the meat becomes soft and comes off the bone easily. Do not take the lid off the pan too often, so as not to get too much juice.

4. Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of water. Heat the mixture in a water bath or in the microwave.

5. Peel the garlic. Finely chop the walnuts.

6. Arrange the chicken on a plate and let it cool.

7. Detach the meat from the bone, clean it of cartilage and skin (if desired, the skin can be preserved).

8. In the pan, where the chicken juice remained, add all the ingredients: meat, chopped walnuts, crushed garlic and gelatin. Stir.

9. Take a clean plastic bottle and cut off the top. In the obtained form, pour the mixture from the pan.

10. Refrigerate the mold for 3-4 hours to harden.

11. Carefully cut the plastic shape with a knife or scissors. Remove the roll.

12. Cut the roll into slices. It can be served for breakfast or arranged on a plate with fresh vegetables.

Step 2: We have a marinade to prepare. In a bowl, mix the garlic (crushed) with the finely chopped parsley, add the sweet and hot paprika, pepper, rosemary and spices for the chicken. Also here, put the olive oil, water and mix well until you get the consistency of a paste.
Step 3: With the mixture obtained, grease the chicken and leave it to marinate.
Step 4: Fill a 0.5 l bottle with cold water (a glass bottle, of course), on which we arrange the chicken.
Step 5: In the oven tray, put 0.5 l of water, sliced ​​garlic and bay leaves and, of course, chicken. We also turn on the oven in the meantime, at least 10 minutes before, to warm up.
Step 6: Everything must be put and left in the oven for 2 hours. From time to time, we sprinkle it with the juice from the tray, we do not forget about it completely.

Put on the bottle

You know that the best recipes are the simplest, so I'm not trying to convince you but just to give an example: put on the bottle, and not on any bottle, necessarily the beer (I let you choose the company) :).

  • 1 chicken
  • approx. 100ml olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

You also need a well-washed 500ml bottle of beer. Don't forget to remove the plug and empty / consume the contents :).

1. Wash the chicken well both inside and out then wipe well with a paper towel.

2. Season with salt and pepper both inside and out.

3. Mix the rest of the ingredients.

To make your work easier, pull the chicken well on the bottle (with the bottom down, excuse the expression) and then grease it with the mixture of oil, paprika, rosemary and lemon juice. It would be advisable to let it cool for a few hours to marinate, but if you hurry, skip this stage.

4. Fill the bottle with water and with the chicken & # 8222 mounted & # 8221 put it in the stove tray. Put a little water in the pan on the stove, so that the drained fat does not burn.

5. Bake at 180g C for about 1 hour and a half (depending on the size of the chicken) and then raise the temperature to 200g C and let it brown for another 5-10 minutes. Be careful when you take it out of the oven so as not to turn it over and burn it.

Serve with vegetables, salad and necessarily garlic sauce :).

It would be recommended to use a smaller round tray.
