You have definitely tried this traditional Italian cake. The combination of mascarpone, biscuits and the intense taste of coffee only tempts our taste buds. I present to you in the following my tiramisu recipe.

  • - 2 packs of champagne biscuits
  • - 2 boxes of mascarpone
  • - 2 large cups of cold coffee
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 200 ml liquid whipped cream
  • - 5-6 tablespoons of sugar, to taste
  • - cocoa for decoration
  • - A little grated dark chocolate

First deal with the cream. Beat the whipped cream with the mixer until it hardens and mix with the mascaropone, sugar and yolks. Personally, I prefer not very sweet cream, so I recommend you taste it and adjust it to your taste. The egg whites should be mixed well at high speed for about 5 minutes, until they harden and then added over the cream, using circular movements from bottom to top.

Soak each biscuit in cold coffee for 1-2 seconds and first mount the first worktop. Do not leave the biscuits more in the coffee because they will absorb a lot of coffee and will soften. Pour over the biscuit top half of the cream, then again a layer of biscuits passed through the coffee and finally again a layer of cream.

Garnish with cocoa and grated chocolate and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
